Soviet Bibliothecal-Bibliographic Classification (BBK; LBC)

System developed at the Russian State Library (former Lenin State Library) in Moscow.

 

"LBC: New Horizons in Knowledge Organization," in 1998 was a conference devoted to the Russian library classification system,  and its evolution from the Soviet era to the present. Held in Moscow.
